Why is the saying so popular and common?

In times of increasing bustle, more and more people are longing to find their way back to the origin. To her immature existence in her childhood. Many people feel overwhelmed and crushed by the fast-paced nature of today's society. They want to find their roots,

"back to the roots", because they are uprooted and alienated from themselves. In the meantime, the saying goes well with the fact that more and more people are addressing the issue of returnees. A bit of nostalgia in a time of constant change is doing most simply well.

The Schindler restaurant treats its guests to typical traditional Tyrolean dishes, visitors are cordially welcome to the restaurant’s farmhouse parlours to indulge in revelry and fun as well as to enjoy a cosy get-together atmosphere. The selected wine list and the culinary recommendations everyone usually inquires for are a must-see even for the locals!

We’ll eagerly arrange a private celebration or a party for you!

Christmas eve 24th of december

On Christmas Eve we serve traditional "fondue chinoise- soup fondue" with selected trimmings and garnish in our restaurant. 

Details Fondue:

Filet of: turkey, beef & pork, french fries, salad, potato gratin, baked potato, mixed antipasti vegetables and homemade sauces: Garlic, Curry, Cocktail, Sauce Tartar.. For sweets and wines please see our menu (not includet in the fondue price) Also there is no regular A la Carte on the 24th. Changes possible.

5.30 pm - 8.00 pm or from 8.15 pm onwards

On New Year's Eve we serve NO menu. Enjoy the delicacies of our A La Carte menu. Choose your own menu!

Reserved tables that are canceled 1 hour before  reservation time, as well as a lower number of guests than originally reserved, will be charged with  Euro 80,-- per person.
 

No Show

If there is a NO SHOW of reservations, we will charge €80,-- per person from your credit card.
