Payment - deposit

Deposit winter saison:

We accept cash, check card, Visa, MasterCard or Amex
To finalize your booking, we ask you to pay 50% of the total amount no later than 30 days before arrival, by bank transfer or credit card. (Card number & expiry date & 3-digit security code)

 

Deposit summer saison:


NO DEPOSIT is required for room reservations in the summer season.
To be on the safe side, we ask you to provide a valid credit card number, expiry date and security code.

Single occupancy

 

A double room for single occupancy will be charged a double room fee minus breakfast for the 2nd Person.

Children & Seniors

Children and senior citizens are exempt from packages, the ski pass prices being slightly cheaper.

Short stays

on request! (Price changes possible)

Tourist tax

All room rates are without tourist tax.

(Summer 2023  EUR 3,00 per person per night, from 01st of November 2023  Euro 5,00 per person per night - from the age of 15)

Check-in

We are thankful to you for understanding that the rooms can not be obtained before 03.00 pm on the day of arrival. In case of your arrival after 10.00 pm we would ask you for a proper notification.

Check-out

On the day of departure we ask you to leave you room latest at 10.00 am

Parking


Video monitored arking for a fee, 1 parking space per room (available 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure! It is not possible to park the car for for a whole day on the day of departure!
 

Ski & boot storage

Ski equipment can be stored in the on-site ski storage room.

For your shoes we keep a boot heater at you disposal.

Cancellation fees

Cancellation fees winter saison:

Guests can cancel bookings free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation till 30 days prior to arrival, the guest can cancle free of charge. 30 - 0 days before arrival 50% of the total price.
 

Cancellation fees summer saison:

 
Guests can cancel free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. In the event of cancellation up to 1 day before arrival, the guest pays an amount of 0%. If the booking is canceled on the day of arrival,
 a fee of 100% of the total price will apply.

 

 

 

Christmas

On Christmas Eve we serve traditional "fondue" with selected trimmings and garnish in our restaurant.

We kindly ask you to book your table in advance.

New Year's Eve

On New Year's Eve we serve NO menu.
Enjoy the delicacies of our A La Carte.

Sauna

For relaxation after a hard day in the mountains we invite you to a small Finnish sauna, which is open for you every day from 4.00 pm on request.

(Towels provided)

Bathrobes

We will gladly provide bathrobes at your disposal on request.

In case of a missing bathrobe we will have to add EUR 35,00 to your bill.

Wireless LAN

Thanks to our own in-house network, you are welcome to surf the net free of charge.

Smoking

We would like to point out that all the rooms and suites are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is allowed on your balcony.

Restaurant


Open daily, kitchen from 6 p.m. In the winter season, closed once a week.

Restaurant open in summer (only on our new outside terrace)

always from 4 p.m. in good and bad weather.

For reservations of 2 people or more.

We ask for a telephone number and a valid credit card (card number and expiry date of your card)

If your reservation is "NO SHOW", a payment of EUR 80,-- per person will be debited.

Reservations are only accepted by phone.

Ski pass

Ski pass for the entire Arlberg region can be easily obtained at all lift stations in twon. Please note that the ski pass can be paid in cash and credit cards only.

They will charge a deposit payment of € 5 per ski pass.

This amount will be refunded upon return.
